This application should be completed by former Heidelberg students who have had a gap in enrollment of more than one year, whether due to voluntary withdrawal or institutional separation.
To ensure a smooth transition back, please check deadlines online and contact the Graduate Admission Office (419-448-2330 | grad-studies@heidelberg.edu) to confirm if additional or updated documents are required.
Please note: If you have been away from Heidelberg for more than 6 years—or more than 1 year as a non-degree student—your previous files may no longer be available, and older coursework may no longer apply toward your current degree path.
