Statement of Good Standing for Transient Students
A Statement of Good Standing (sometimes called a Transient Letter) is an official document from your current college confirming that you're enrolled, in good academic standing, and not facing any academic or disciplinary issues.
Think of it as your home school's official sign-off to take courses elsewhere. It also helps ensure the credits you earn here will transfer back and count toward your degree.
To get one, contact your school's Registrar and ask for a Statement of Good Standing or Transient Letter. They can send it directly to us using the address below, or you can upload it to your student portal.
Mail to: Heidelberg University, Office of Admission 310 E. Market St., Tiffin, OH 44883
