    132 Rebecca St
    Tiffin, OH 44883
    United States

Led by researchers from the National Center for Water Quality Research, located in Tiffin, Ohio (USA), attendees will become water detectives to determine the health of local streams and wetlands. In the field, hands-on training with specialized water quality equipment will help attendees learn how to assess the physical, chemical, and biological components of streams and wetlands.

After collecting their own data, attendees will learn how to analyze the data they collected to determine the health of the water. Lastly, they will learn how their findings can be used to guide decision-making and policy on real-life water quality issues threatening our freshwater systems.

This is a resident camp that begins on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 6 pm and ends on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 12pm. This camp is open to current high school students who will graduate between 2025 and 2028.
